Chemical production relies heavily on salt as well, as industrial salt is used as filler for solvents and detergents, making the chemical to be rapidly dissolved in water. As salt separates many of the components required for making soap, chemical industries use great amounts of industrial salt soap making. Salt is a significant main material which is used for drilling industries for other natural basic materials including crude oil and gas, for example, in drilling muds. The requirement of drilling industry is high and very specific so that, depending on demand, either rock or vacuum salt in various qualities is used.
