The standards of this type of cement having 15-40% pozzolana in the concentrate mix has recently been modified and announced to all factories. The FRS Co. cement factory is currently producing this type of cement the special pozzolana cement acquires its Resistance slowly and gradually but its long-run resistance is rather high.
The American ASTM standard and the national standard of Iran have recommended the use of this type of cement for the time that the concretes do not require high primary resistance.
This type of cement is used in the rolling concrete (RCC) for dams.
For the concretes which possesses the low level of heat of hydration, and also the use of os this cement makes the concrete resistance destructive chemical solutions.
For years the use of this type of cement is common in the developed countries.
The chemical specifications of this cement and pozzolana cements with the type II clinker are alike.
